Creole Seasoning :
2 tbs cayenne pepper
2 tbs. white pepper
1 tbs. onion powder
1 tbs. salt
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs Thyme
1 tbs granulated garlic
Mix all dry spices together lay on plate and place Salmon Filet on both sides to season.
Cook Salmon in a cast Iron skillet about 3 minutes each side using vegetable oil.
