In this video, I use my Jumbuck kettle BBQ and my Webber kettle BBQ to cook some Pork Ribs and see which one cooks them better!
I try and have exactly the same cooking method for each, but simple things don't always go to plan as you will see in this video!
I got my meat from Claytons Quality Meat in South Perth pre-marinated in BBQ rub, meaning all I had to do was get them on the grill and start cooking.
I used HeatBeads Coconut shell coals for my cook, and I have to say that the meat turned out great!
Between each kettle there wasn't much difference, I might need to cook something else for a longer period of time to see if it is worth the extra spend on the Webber brand.
