A mini Dash Pie maker was used to cook Corn Bread while camping. We used a Bluetti EB3A portable power station. The Dash Mini Pie Maker needed an AC inverter of 350 Watts and a power station battery capacity of 105 Watt-hours. We would have used even less energy if not making a video! Great for off-grid cooking or saving energy everyday on grid!
Jiffy Corn Muffin mix (8.5 oz. package) was used and made according to the box recipe. A commercial corn muffin was used but your homemade recipe would be even better!
The Dash Mini Pie Maker can be purchased at many different stores. The pie maker includes a pie cutting crust for both the top and bottom crusts.

In upcoming videos, we will make pie, omelettes, etc.
This is excellent for a small household, small camper, or for people with allergies that have to use separate cooking pans.
Highly recommended!
