*Bike was just released so details still being confirmed*
Norco just released their updated "All Mountain" bike so I guess you can take it on all the mountains you desire without issue! With travel at 160mm in the front and 150mm in the back usually it fits into enduro bikes but maybe this one is just a beefier trail bike and not quite their Enduro and Downhill category.
Norco added their new High Pivot Design to the Sight this year (and also the Optic) which you may wonder why? Well, from my experience on my Forbidden Druid for almost a year, it is super smooth, planted, and confidence inspiring to have a high pivot. There are some drawbacks, but for me they weren't enough to really enjoy the ride and do things I normally were a bit nervous to do. There is some noise and it isn't the lightest setup, but hey, mountain bikes aren't super light these days for a variety of reasons.
If the Optic isn't enough travel for you, check out the Sight if you are looking for your next new and improved higher end mountain bike. Norco has lots of build and price options starting at $3999 for the alloy build and going way north of that for full carbon, transmission, carbon wheels, fancy suspension, etc.
If you are local to Houston, come check out the new Norco Sight at our shop
