Our 2022 business trip landed us in the desert Catalina Mountains which is located about 14 miles northeast of downtown Tucson, Arizona. Golf course, spa, bars, restaurants, event banquet and meeting rooms, gift shop, coffee shop, and lots of other amenities. The rooms were nice, nothing spectacular, although the large balcony was very nice. The outdoor spaces were also very nice as is the pool area.
There's nothing close by, however... you'll have to Uber or rent a car.
