According to a statement released on Wednesday by the National Statistical Office (NSO), India's gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 6.1% in the January-March quarter compared to the prior quarter. In addition, it stated that India's GDP increased by 7.2% in FY2022-23 as opposed to 9.1% in FY2021-22.
