The Volkswagen Scirocco has earned itself the name of top sports coupe over the last few years, fighting off all competition with its sleek, low riding design.
Unlike a family-sized hatchback, the Scirocco coupe is a sportier, more performance-oriented car that has been a class-leader for several years.
However, after driving one of it's competitors, the Vauxhall Astra GTC, we were a little sceptical about whether the Scirocco still had what it takes to be the top dog.
