I used the Lose It app to baseline my Macros.

I did not count calories.
I also used my Peloton Tread+ and the Peloton Bike+ for my workouts. To track my HR on my tread. I used the Peloton chest strap. For my Bike+ I connected my Apple Watch.

Nutrtion & Supplements:
I did not change my nutrition during these two weeks. I just became more aware of WHY I was eating. And cut out all unnecessary food choices.

Each night I had a very simple family dinner based on my nutritional approach: Keto-Like meals. (higher fat, moderate to low protein, conscious carbs). I ate with my family every night.
