Campaigners at Texas's senate cheer loudly as the deadline for a vote on a new abortion bill draws near. The protest, along with a 10-hour fillibuster speech from Senator Wendy Davis, meant the bill, which would have restricted access to abortions, could not be passed the midnight deadline on Tuesday.
