Hey, just made this little clip for a contest. I show you how I make my bamboo longboards. I used triaxial fiberglass on the whole board and unidirectional carbon fiber in the nose and tail to increase rigidity. The board has a concave and two rockers in the nose and tail. At the end I applied some linseed oil to highlight the grain and seel the pores of the wood. Now it is ready for painting. Once it is painted, I am going to apply 2 or 3 layers of polyurethane.
