JAPCHAE (Korean Glass Noodle Dish) Ingredients

- Dangmyun (or Korean vermicelli noodle)
- 1/2 cup Black mushrooms
- Spinach or spring onions
- 1 whole leeks
- 1/2 small carrots
- 1 white onion
- 150g pork (marinade in 1/2 tsp garlic, salt & pepper, soysauce, sesame oil)
- 1 leeks

- 4 tablespoon Korean soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon sugar
