Hello beautiful people. Today i'm going to make a classic Canadian dish which i know everyone would love.. Poutine, fries with cheese and gravy.

Usually, gravy is made of beef but because we don't have beef in our small town so i use chicken..

I guaranty you that it's soooo delicious.. Try making poutine , you wont regret it..

gravy:
1/2 kilo chopped chicken fillet
1T oil
1/4 cup minced onion (i use red onion but you can use white onion)
1T minced garlic
2 to 3 cups chicken broth
1T or more oyster sauce
1T or more soy sauce (i use kikkoman)
slurry: 2T cornstarch and 3 to 4T water

potato fries (i just bought it from our local store)

any kind of cheese but i use white cheddar truffle
