The A Team is an Orlando Florida based big band featuring the finest jazz musicians the city has to offer. The band was started in February of 2020, and stopped in March due to Covid. Band leader Don Sanderson thought it would be a good ideal to record remotely during the pandemic instead of shutting everything down. This is a cover of Diane Schuur's "Deed I Do, featuring Orlando jazz vocal phenom Michelle Amato. Solos are by Russ Weaver on tenor sax, John Iafrate on guitar, and of course Michelle on vocals. Recording a 20 piece big band in 20 different locations is difficult to say the least. Special thanks to Jeff Green for recording and mixing. Also, special thanks to Matthew Mill for recording Michelle, and the rest of the guys who recorded remotely.
