හරිම ලේසියෙන් රසම රස කොෆී කේක් එකක් හදමු. Let's make an easy, super soft coffee cake. In this video I will show you how to make the coffee cake, coffee buttercream icing, coffeee glaze and decoerate using chocolate ganache. This is a must try recipe. Hope you will enjoy :)

****අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රවය:
පාන් පිටි 225g
කුඩා කැට සීනී 225g
බටර් 225g
බිත්තර 4 ( 225g)
බේකින් පවුඩර් තේ හැදි 3
Nescafe මේස හැදි හැදි 1
උණුවතුර කෝප්ප භාගයක්
මිල්ක්මේඩ් තේ හැදි 3
වැනිලා තේ හැදි 1

****කෝපිඅයිසිං එක සදහා
බටර් 125g
අයිසිං සීනි 250g
ක්ශනික කෝපි මේස හැදී 1
උණුවතුර මේස හැදී 1
අවශ්‍යය නම් කිරි තේ හැදී 1-2

****කෝපි ග්ලෙස් එක සදහා
අයිසින් සීනි 120g
කෝපි තේ හැදී 1
උණුවතුර මේස හැදි 1
දියකරගත් බටර් මේස හැදි 2

****චෝකොලට් ගනාෂ් එක සදහා (ඩබල්බොයිල් ක්‍රමයට් දිය කර ගන්න).
සුදු චොකලට් 30g
විපින් ක්‍රීම් හෝ කිරි තේ හැදී 2

කුකින් චොකලට් 30g
විපින් ක්‍රීම් හෝ කිරි මේස හැදී 1

විපින් ක්‍රීම් නැතිනම් ,
සුදු චොකලට් 30g
බටර් තේ හැදි 1

කුකින් චොකලට් 30g
බටර් මේස හැදී 1

****For the coffee Icing:
125 g Butter
250g Icing Sugar
1 tbsp Instant Coffee
1 tbsp Hot water
1-2 tsp milk (optional)

****For the Coffee Glaze
120g Icing Sugar
1 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tbsp Hot water
2 tbsp melted butter

****For the ganache: (Double boil or Melt in the microwave)
30g white chocolate
2 tsp whipping cream or milk

30g cooking chocolate or dark chocolate
1 tbsp whipping cream or milk

If you don't have cream;
30g white chocolate
1 tsp butter

30g cooking chocolate or dark chocolate
1 tbsp butter
