It's officially not the "off-season," and we're kicking things off with baseline bike testing. Develped by Dr. Philip Skiba, this is a new type of testing primarily used to gather two primary metrics: Critical Power (similar to FTP) and W' (pronounced "W-prime", which we do not get into here). It’s very intense and guaranteed to build up that physical and mental stamina.

We’re Jenna Haufler and Miguel Mattox–
