For anyone missing their chair yoga classes while in the midst of this difficult time. I miss you! Stay strong and keep moving, this will pass and we'll be back together soon.
If you're new to chair yoga, I'm glad you're here. This is a great way to move and work out the body from head to toe in a gentle way. Do what feels good to you and leave out anything that doesn't...make it your own!
