- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder
- 2 teaspoons of pepper powder
- 4 teaspoons of chili flakes
- 3 teaspoons of corn flour and
- 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste

Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and pour in some mutton stock to mix it into a thick paste.
Now, add the cooked mutton and
coat it well with the spices.

Step 3: Deep Frying
Time for deep frying!
Place a kadai on the stove,
pour in enough oil for deep frying, and
let it heat for a minute.
Gently place the marinated mutton pieces into the hot oil and fry them well for about 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
