Ingredients :
Marination :
4 nos. Pork Chops bone in or boneless (¾ to 1 inch thickness)
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Other Ingredients :
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1 cup (100 gms) Mushroom (sliced)
1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
200 ml Chicken Stock
(can use Beef Stock or Mutton Stock)
2 tbsp Fresh Cream (used Amul Fresh Cream
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
½ tsp Pepper Powder
½ tsp Thyme
1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Fresh Cream (used Amul Fresh Cream)
100 ml Chicken Stock
*Chicken Stock and Fresh Cream use as per the gravy consistency you require.
* Can fry the pork chops to golden brown if you prefer to have a crusty outer layer.
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
