Anyway, since we got that out of the way, lets make our way to my water heater.
Some dingunus-maximus just left the old one up in the attic when they replaced the last one.
What the crap, man?
Really nice to know that it could rupture at any minute and treat us to an in-house rainstorm.

Sometimes you just have to go and take a sawzall to your problems.
