Ingredients:
• Prawns: ½ kg
For masala:
• Cococnut – 1 ¼ cup
• Coriander seed – 2 tsp
• Jeera (cumin) – ¾ tsp
• Mustard (rai) – ¼ tsp
• Ova (ajwain) – ¼ tsp
• Methi (fenugreek) – ½ tsp
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Red chilly – 5-6
• Tamarind – lemon sized
• Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
• Garlic – 5-6
• Onion – 2 tbsp, chopped
• Water for grinding
Other ingredients:
• Onion – 1 small, chopped
• Green chilly – 3-4
• Water to adjust consistency
• Salt – 2 tsp (as per taste)
