A dry box won't be dry even if you make it airtight, because there's water vapor inside already. Either constantly heat it up and use a lot of power, or use a desiccant to absorb the moisture. I use silica gel with indicator, which changes color once the silica has absorbed all the water it could, so I know when it needs drying up. We'll have to wait and see how long it can stay dry for. With ASMR.
The box is still not finished. It needs a few tweaks and more tests to check for airflow over time and improve how long it can stay dry for. During the day with temperature variation there will be a little bit of air moving in and out, bringing more moisture, and at some point I'll have to replace or dry up the silica. We'll have to see if it can stay relatively dry for at least a month.
