TikTok is launching its first linear TV ad campaign today with a celebrity-laden spot to showcase the platform’s creators during the pandemic lockdown.
The brand campaign “A Little Brighter Inside” features pop music acts such Little Mix, Tom Daley, Tinie Tempah, the celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and his daughter Tilly, and creators such as Grandad Joe, whose emotive videos about life in lockdown have helped him amass 1.7 million followers.
Social Lab, a Belgian agency, turned around the ad within a month from brief to launch. The creatives behind the campaign are Adam King and Lewis Raven.
