Yaki Mein Full Recipe:
3 pounds chuck roast marinated in 1 tbsp oil+ 1tbsp creole seasoning (any stew meat will work)
3 tbsp avocado oil (any neutral oil will do)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 large yellow onion
3 sticks celery (optional)
1 bell pepper
5 cloves garlic
1 bunch of green onions
12 cups beef broth
1 Tbsp Creole seasoning
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 pound spaghetti
7 soft-boiled (7-minute eggs)
peeled and deveined shrimp (optional)
