Note since pixelmon hasn't updated please use 1.6.2 as ur forge file ur downloading. Also i tested 1.6.4 and it installs but gets a error when u start it up due to the outdated version of pixelmon. Firstly only use 1.6.2 as ur minecraft verison and secondly pixelmon will be updating soon.
