Ting Kwan (Damian) is from Hong Kong and shares his advice for settling into student life in Leeds. He says you can be yourself as it’s a diverse city.
Damian is studying International Year One in International Relations at Leeds International Study Centre for progression to Leeds University. He’s enjoying making friends from all over the world.
His main piece of advice for new students is to enjoy yourself as studying is about ‘enriching your life’.
