I've been trying to get my hands on an Ooni Koda 16 since before the pandemic started, but with demand at an all time high and massive backorders I didn't get a chance - until now! Thanks to a friend selling me his, I was fortunate enough to experience first hand what's in the box, how to set it up, fire it up, and make a few pizzas in the oven. The first one stuck, but the next bunch came out really nicely!
I'm very much looking forward to providing a full evaluation and review of this oven and comparing it to the Camp Chef Italia Artisan Pizza Oven that I've had for 2 years. I'm already seeing some staggering differences despite their similar concepts and operations.
