He was an Austrian neurologist and psychiatrist and put a massive focus on the importance of meaning in an individuals life. On the topic he wrote the book Man's Search For Meaning, written about his experiences in concentration camps, and the observations he made about the inmates and his captors.
Frankl's work has been used for decades to help people frame their own journey to find meaning, and to help motivate and build their own brand of personal philosophy.
This is a collection of his quotes.
