Piha Beach rock formations take a beating by waves.
Lion Rock and Piha town can be seen in the distance.

This popular stop is less than half an hour drive from Northern Auckland and a top surf spot. You can just about see 20 or so surfers queuing up in the bay.

Seals are often spotted resting on the shelf like rocks.

Many walks lead around these cliffs and to a near by waterfall behind the town.
