First, mash one banana using a fork.
Heat a tbsp ghee in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add 1/2 tbsp of each cashew and raisins. Fry them till they are golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
Now add 2/3 cup rawa/sooji to the remaining ghee. Roast it by stirring continuously on medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes. Make sure to roast the area on medium-low heat with stirring constantly till it turns aromatic.
While roasting sooji, on another stove put 1/2 cup water and bring it to a boil.
Once sooji is roasted well, add boiling water. As you add the water, keep mixing.
Cook with stirring constantly till the mixture becomes dry. And ghee will start to ooze out from the sides and it leaves the sides of the pan.
Add 1 tbsp sugar and mashed banana. Mix well and again she becomes runny as sugar melts. Keep stirring.
And cook till it leaves the sides of the pan and you will see some ghee oozing out from it.
Now turn off the stove. Add cashews, raisins, and a pinch of cardamom powder.
Mix well and indulge in yumminess.
