In this class of "Yoga for Moms," Deepika has created an offering on what she thinks from her own experience of this beautiful but challenging journey of motherhood that moms might enjoy. It’s a combination of calming the nervous system yet moving the body to create more energy and flow, using the incredible tool of the yoga practice to tune into a state of calm yet energizing. Deepika offered this session for "Global Gathering for India" to empower more underserved women and children in India.
