Video tutorial on How to Achieve a 99 chain attack and get the trophy Full Chain. As well another way of easily defeating Chac.

The strategy for this trophy is to have three thief's that all have first strike on. Also to have at least two characters with auto haste, but I happen to have all three with the ability. Although it may be possible to do it without auto haste. When you are in the battle you want to prevent Chac from attacking, so just time each of the characters attacks.
