As mentioned, the Dusk sunglasses have one major claim to fame: you can instantly change the darkness/intensity of the tint with the push of a button - a feature which is surprisingly convenient, especially for urban commuters/drivers who often are exposed to widely varying light intensity (such as driving in/out of tunnels or in/out of stretches of light/dark between skyscrapers, etc.) Beyond this main trick, the glasses also have a pretty good battery life when just using the tint adjustment feature and also feature bluetooth connectivity to enable listening to music/take calls.

That said, there are also some areas for improvement, most notable of which is a "banding" or "darkening" effect in the glasses at darker tint levels when viewing at LCD screens - the effect is different and more intrusive than with "regular" polarised glasses. The sound quality of the built in speakers also isn't particularly great though they will do in a pinch.

That said, for those who may find themselves in situations where they're often taking their sunglasses on/off in response to varying light conditions, the Dusk glasses might be worth checking out.
