10 Apple Stout is Põhjala’s and To Øl’s tribute to apples. At the beginning of the year, Christian from BRUS and Jens from To Øl flew from Denmark to Estonia, to co-create a beer, that includes 5 Danish and 5 Estonian varieties of apples, which have been used in 10 different ways, and finally aged in Calvados barrels for many months.

The result is a charcoal black 12% abv Imperial Stout.
