Migrants attempt to cross from France to the UK
Migrants are continuing attempts to cross from France into the United Kingdom by climbing onto boats going from Ouistreham, France to Portsmouth, England. Sky News says around 10,000 migrants moved from the Calais migrant camp after it was demolished in 2016, and around 200 of them are now living in Ouistreham. Some of the migrants living in the French commune are as young as 14, Sky News reports. According to Sky News, 115, 000 migrants attempted to cross from Calais to Dover last year.
