Hi Friends , In this video we are going to make tasty helathy Aval ladoo recipe. Which is special recipe for krishna jayanthi.
First dry roast the flat poha (aval) till it get crispy. Once it get cool .And blend it as fine powder. Now add two spoon of ghee and add grated coconut and roast till it turn to golden colour.
Now blend coconut and jaggery in mixie. Add to aval (poha )powder.Now add ghee in one pan add all nuts and dry grapes roast it nicely add to aval pwd . Mix it well and add add cardamom pwd and pachai karpooram pinch. Mix it and make round ladoo. Now tasty ladoo is ready.

Ingredients
Poha (aval ) : 200gms (2cups)
Jaggery : 100gms (1cup)
Coconut : 3/4cup
Cardamom
Pachai karpooram :Pinch
Cashew nuts , Badam and pista
Dry grapes
Ghee :one small cup
