Ortur sent me their YRR 2.0 Rotary Rollers to play with and in this video I show how useful rotary laser cutting is for woodturning art and craft. Being able to rotary laser cut continuous patterns onto woodturned hollow cylinders is the best woodturning accessory this year.

I'm sure there will be a revenue stream for woodturners selling hollow cylinder blanks to rotary laser cutter-ers! I create customised patterns into RGB tea light holders and also the One Ring from Lord of the Rings.

The Ortur YRR 2.0 integrates well with the NEJE 3 Max and E40 laser module that I am also testing. It does take time to refine your technique and I used a lot of woodturned hollow cylinder blanks in order to develop accuracy of cylindrical laser cutting of continuous patterns.
