Unlike a smoothie, this Kiwi Milkshake recipe does not use yoghurt. I’ve kept this recipe super simple using only milk as our primary liquid, along with ice cubes for the water component. Keep in mind that Kiwis do not contain a lot of liquid so this milkshake will be quite thick. If you prefer a thinner Kiwi Milkshake, please use half milk and half cold water. I’ve also omitted ice cream from this Kiwi Milkshake recipe to keep it as healthy and simple as possible. Instead of adding vanilla ice cream, I’ve simply added some almonds to provide lots of flavour, without the extra sugar and fat.
With this quick and easy Kiwi Milkshake recipe, you’ll be able to enjoy the proven health benefits of this kiwis. Did you know that the kiwifruit is high in Vitamin C and rich in fibre?
