Today I review a very popular mic, the Aston Origin. This is a hyper detailed microphone that captures every nuance of your voice or instruments. The off axis coloration is outstanding, and there are no resonant frequencies whatsoever. Also it’s made in the UK, which is awesome. I do include a quick comparison to the Neat King Bee, Rode NT1, Shure SM7b, and Shure KSM32.
