Necklace of Flowing Life - Event in Yaesha dungeons, Lament, Chimney, or Twisted Chantry. Sorry I know that is not very specific.
Burden of the Warlock - Found in Losomn in either Cotton's Kiln or Butcher's Quarter.
Ring of Omens - Found in the Cathedral of Omens in Yaesha, must be a bloodmoon.
Dense Silicone Ring and Encrypted Ring - Both are found in the Labyrinth.
