Hello everybody I believe right now that the servers are full of active players is the best time to join the fate trains and Level up your alts fast and without lots of effort!
In this quick ffxiv guide I tried to share with beginners or returners the fact that now on FF14 Dawntrail they can use Fates as a level up method since they are buffed!

As I mention its okay to join fates with your 90 lvl alt with 640iLvL gear even if the Fate level is above 90.

To Find a fate party you can search on Party Finder and if there is no party on your server you can always travel to another server and try your luck there!

Change your Instance from the local aetheryte to find more active fates so you dont have to stop your Grind!
