Philadelphia residents are waking up to snow-covered walkways and buried cars after a snowstorm battered the East Coast Friday into late Saturday evening
Neighbors in packed Philadelphia streets lent a hand to one another to help dig out and clear pathways for cars on the road.
Ambulances were even found stuck in un-cleared roadways, forcing residents to help dig out the emergency vehicles to respond to those in need.
