Namaste to all friends. We know that in yoga there are many types of breathing techniques. These techniques are called Pranayama in Yoga. In this video I am I have shown kapalbhati Pranayama. In English you can say it frontal brain cleansing breath. Kapalbhati is a Sanskrit word. Kapal means skull and Bhati means shining/ knowledge/ light. After the practice of kapalbhati our mind is energized. This is very good for our respiratory system. It strengthen our lungs and also tones our digestive system. It improve blood circulation throughout the body. Thus the oxygen level in the blood is increased. The person suffering from Asthma Bronchitis and other respiratory disorder can practice this Pranayam under the proper guidance of a yoga teacher.
Contraindications- Persons suffering from high blood pressure, heart disease, hernia, Vertigo, gastric ulcer and strokes should not practice this Pranayama.
