When I first started my lifting journey to get lean and healthy, there were very few sources of useful information out there. Most of what I learned about training and nutrition came from guys who were training at the local gym or by reading different fitness magazines.
Looking back at what I thought I knew, it's no surprise that most of this was inaccurate, didn't improve my results at all, or even made things harder.
That's why, in this video, I decided to share five things I wish I knew when I started lifting that will help avoid some of the mistakes I made and get better results. This video will go in-depth on concepts that are rarely talked about but play a key role in your consistency, building a healthy lifestyle, and cultivating good habits to get lean and build muscle.
