Tensions are growing between the U.S. and Russia after the Pentagon said a Russian fighter jet downed and American drone in international air space over the Black Sea. Russia is denying it hit the drone but is warning the U.S. against threatening its territory. NBC’s Keir Simmons reports for TODAY.
