Nagranie z koncertu Visegrad Blues Band w Pradze.
The Visegrad Blues Band was founded in 2004 by six musicians representing the four Visegrad countries.
Ondřej Konrád, Czech Republic – harmonica, vocal
Zbigniew Jakubek, Poland – keyboard
Leszek Cichoński, Poland – guitar
Egon Póka, Hungary – bass-guitar
János Solti, Hungary – drums
& Peter Lipa, Slovakia – vocal ( doesn't apeared in this song)
The members of the band are all well-known musicians in their home countries as well as in the wider Europe. Peter Lipa is one of the best jazz and blues vocalists of Europe with a career stretching beyond four decades. Ondřej Konrád is the best known harmonica player in his home country. In the 80’s he used to play in the Andrst-Lipa Blues Band and later he was a founding member of the Binder-Konrád Blues Band. Leszek Cichoński has received many times the best Polish blues-rock guitarist award and has played with his own band, the Guitar Workshop since 1991. Zbigniew Jakubek graduated from the Katowice Music Academy to later turn to jazz and pop. Egon Póka has been on stage since 1970, while János Solti since 1976 both of them most famously playing in the Hobo Blues Band.
The ensemble plays jazz standards and popular blues in their own adaptation with a lot of improvisation which makes each concert a unique musical experience.
