Dough fry or gatti bajo is a delicious snack item which is prepared in villages in the rainy season. This is very easy to make and the requirements for ingredients are minimum, yet very delicious.
Dough should be stiff like poori dough, else they won't become crispy after frying.
Hold dough ball in one hand and pull a small piece, flatten them and leave it in the hot oil.
Do not fry this on a high flame, oil should not be smoky otherwise they become dark brown outside and it will not be crispy.
You can skip adding chillies if you are making this for children.
You can serve it even after it cools down. It will still be crispy. This dish is yummy to eat when it starts raining.
