The 8'2'' Mini Mal surfboard required nearly 20 hours of hard work to be completed.
The pre-shape was made in a CNC machine, and then the board was moved to the shaping room before being painted.
Later, the surfboard went through the glassing and lamination processes before being sanded and polished.
