SORTED food and Lea & Perrins team up to show you how to make the ultimate, cheese on toast.

The SORTED guys make this British classic their own by featuring a splash of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce to create the ultimate cheese on toast.

Ben and Mike are making this from scratch, starting with a roux of butter and flour, which they plan to cook out with some pale ale before adding wholegrain mustard, plenty of grated Cheddar cheese, some cream and a dash of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, which they'll serve on top of some sourdough bread.
