This video shows how to get outside the Terrace of Endless Spring and find a hidden lake.

Items Needed:
Goblin Glider OR good Speed Boost and 15 seconds or longer slowfall.
Any Darkmoon Carousel/Sandbox Tiger.

Step 1. Get to the back of the instance.
Step 2. Run jump and use your Goblin Glider.
Or use your speed boost, run jump use your slowfall.
Step 3. when your on the ledge where I am, stand at the point I am standing and your Darkmoon Carousel.
Step 4. Do whatever you want, explore or get to the Sha/Thunder Lake.
