- Saute chicken drumsticks in vegetable oil
- Add onions, tomato and red pepper paste, garlic, green peppers, carrots
- Add green peas, paprika, salt, hot pepper, hot water and cook until soft.

I served it with rice pilav and tarhana soup which are traditional staple Turkish food
